No, you do not need to be a US or Canadian citizen. There are some redemption offers that might require a US or Canadian address to facilitate shipment of reward.

All bookings qualify including Air, Hotel, Car, Sightseeing, Attractions. Airport Parking and Airport Transfers. There is no minimum trip cost requirement to qualify.
Earn double points when you are signed into clubmiles website and book on our partner travel websites. For example, if you make a domestic air booking for one traveler, while you were signed into your clubmiles a/c, you receive 950 points. Whereas, you would receive 475 points if you had made the booking directly on our partner travel sites.
There is no current limit to the number of points you can earn.
Yes, all points can be redeemed at the same time. Points to be redeemed are dependent on the available items in the
gift gallery. Our gift gallery is being constantly updated to reflect the needs of a world class Rewards Program.
Points will have been awarded to your clubmiles account under the following scenarios:
- If you made your booking by signing into your clubmiles account.
- You signed into your clubmiles account while booking on partner travel sites.
- Your email was identified as a clubmiles user while booking on partner travel sites.
- You booked on a partner site, and were auto-signed up for a clubmiles account which you activated later
Remember, points are "earned" only after travel is completed.
When you book through our partner sites and you are not a member, you will be automatically enrolled in the clubmiles Reward Program and will start earning points for your Air, Hotel, Car, Sightseeing, Attractions, Airport Parking and Airport Transfers bookings. However, if you book your travel through
www.clubmiles.com, you will earn double points.
Yes. Earning points is based on the clubmiles account rather than a traveler. So, you can earn points for booking travel for other people, even if you don't travel with them.
Points will expire 2 years as of the date your points are considered "earned" on your account. Example – Penny completed her travel on 05/01/2010 and her points were “earned” on 05/02/2010. Thus her points will expire on 05/02/2012.
While you are signed into your account, click on the "Add a co-traveler" option under "My Account" and insert the traveler details. Subsequently, when you are making a booking on our partner sites, you will have the option to add this co-traveler(s) to your booking while the travel preferences will be added automatically.
No. Only one clubmiles.com member account can earn points for a single booking. Example – Ginny has booked travel for 4 of her friends, and one of the travelers-Julia already has a clubmiles.com account. But, points will be credited only to Ginny’s account, while Julia will not earn points on this booking.
While none of the steps are mandatory in order to start earning points, completing "My Details" has many advantages on any future booking on our partner sites:
- You do not have to insert any co-traveler name
- You do not have to insert the billing details
- You do not have to insert your travel preferences like seat or meal preferences or add a membership number for an airline/hotel or car.
Your information will be kept completely confidential and will always be secured. Feel free to read through our
privacy policy You'll continue to accrue miles in any airline/hotel/car loyalty program that you're currently enrolled in, and in addition to earn clubmiles.com points. You will be earning miles on your frequent flyer program as per the agreement between you and the airline, hotel or car company.

If you did not enter your frequent details when you book through clubmiles, please be sure to call the airline to add it prior to check-in or ask the ticket counter or gate agent to add it to your reservation.
Please note: storing your
frequent flyer information to
"My Account" after you make your booking will
not add it to any of your current or past reservations. However, once stored,
frequent flyer information will automatically get added to all future reservations before you travel.
"Invite a friend" is a way to introduce your friends/relatives to the generous clubmiles Rewards Program. You get 100 bonus points for referring each friend.
Please note: Regardless of the number of referrals, the maximum credit for all referrals will be 500 points.
